All the people involved in the project have worked in co-operation: a “team” composed by inmates directed by a correction officer has executed the work.
The chromatic intervention, aimed to broken the strong orthogonality of building fronts without incurring in excessive costs, has involved only window frames and the shelter surrounding the building.
The polychromy minimized the hardness of the whole building. The result is an improvement of the quality of life for correction officers, warders and inmates.
